ADAM’S STORY
When Adam first came to me, he felt a bit embarrassed. He used to be very active and loved sports, but he had fallen out of shape.
He was desperate to get back in shape but struggled to stay consistent. His sweet tooth was his biggest challenge, and often found himself binging.
During our call, I realised we needed to put preventative. measures in place to ensure Adam didn’t continue to binge. We talked in depth about what triggered his eating habits and learned a lot about Adam's lifestyle.
I then made a diet plan for Adam, the kept Adam’s sweet tooth at bay and was tailored around his eating habit. The training plan was fun and fit into Adam's schedule, so he could stick with it.
In just 12 weeks, Adam's body was unrecognisable, and he was not longer controlled by his binging. He felt like himself again.
